Yes. Sign in with the same email and PIN on any device and your data will sync automatically since everything is stored on the server.

Tap "New Entry" and type in your flight details manually. If you set a default origin airport and aircraft type in your account settings, those fields will auto-fill for you.

Point your camera at a load closeout sheet and take a photo. The app uses AI to read the document and automatically extract the Total Souls On Board, flight number, date, origin, destination, and aircraft type. You can review and edit anything before saving.

You enter the Total Souls On Board (TSOB), and the app subtracts 2 (pilot and co-pilot) to get the passenger count.

Yes. Tap the import button on the main screen and upload a CSV or Excel file with your historical flights. The app will parse the spreadsheet and let you review the entries before saving.

Yes. Tap any flight on your log to edit its details, or swipe to delete it.

Use your recovery code to reset it. On the login screen, tap the recovery option, enter your email, recovery code, and a new PIN.

You can change your email using your recovery code and current PIN from the login screen's recovery option.

Open Account settings (tap the gear icon), scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete My Account." You'll see a confirmation prompt. Once confirmed, your account and all data — flights, journal entries, crew connections — are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

No. Your data is stored on our server and is never sold or shared. The only external service used is OpenAI's API, which processes camera scans and generates destination fun facts. No data is stored by OpenAI or shared further.

Yes. You can export all your flight data as a CSV file from the main flights screen or from the world map.
